What to expect after placing an order:
- After you submit an order (online or over the phone) you will receive an email from TELUS with instructions to verify your email address and offer eligibility. This email usually arrives within 24 - 48 hours or 1 business day of order submission.
a) Open the email from TELUS and click on the “Get My Offer” button.
b) Next check the box to verify your email. Once verified you have finished this step.
c) If you are not using a work email address for verification, you will be required to upload a proof of employment via your personal email. This can be a an employee badge, recent pay stub, or recent letter of employment from your company
d) No need to submit another order online. Your order has been verified. - Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with an “invitation to sign” from SignNow. This email contains your Customer Service Agreement which must be reviewed & signed back. This email usually arrives within 24 - 48 hours or 1 business day of order submission.
a) Start by clicking “View Document”.
b) You should be able to sign the Customer Service Agreement from any device by simply clicking “Start”.
c) Check each box and initial and / or sign using your device. - If your order requires an upfront payment, you will receive an email invoice for that amount. This email usually arrives on the same day as the Customer Service Agreement - within 24 - 48 hours or 1 business day of order submission.
a) Follow the links to pay now using Wave - our secure online payment processing service.
b) You can pay the invoice on Wave via debit or credit card.
c) Debit and credit card payments are processed same business day. - Once Customer Service Agreement is signed, and upfront payment invoice is paid (if upfront payment is applicable) your device and / or SIM card will be shipped from our warehouse to the ship-to address noted on the order.
*Shipment typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at the destination address.
